I am going to work on creating a comic now, based of the antics my friends and I engage in every Tuesday when we play Dungeons and Dragons. It started out as me drawing the 25 Essential Expressions (have napalmnacey.deviantart.com/art… to the meme) of the character I play, I then asked one of the other players if I could draw his character, offered to see if I could do it for a different character when the player gave up on his attempt to do the same. When I found myself asking another player permission to draw his character, I decided to change my question.
I am now figuring out how I'm going to draw this comic as I cobble together a script of the material so far and will begin character designs for the others in the party.

And so the cycle continues
For all of those who are wondering where I went, don't panic. I am still alive, just had a period of inactivity on this site. I've noticed it is something I do on a semi-regular basis. There are several sites, actually, where I will have a period of activity on them, keep up with my messages, reply in a timely manner and be friendly, then I will lose interest, or my attention will be drawn away, the message box gets dusty, people are asking where I am, but I'm no where to be found. Then I remember the site exists and I come back and clear out the messages and become active again.
So here I am again, active and ready to share again. Let'
I have an admission
I am not good at drawing. My ability with drawing is similar to my abilities in math, I do not do well, I just am too stubborn to give up once I've taken it on. I do not feel I am better than the next person, just that I take the time to try.
This discovery is not going to stop me from drawing still, it just helps to put things in perspective on how well I really am doing when I have a paper before me and a pencil in one hand and an eraser in the other.
Been a long time
I haven't been on here in a while, I guess I haven't felt very motivated to log in.
I have noticed that this site eats a lot of resources every time I come here too, leaving my computer sluggish. Might be that my computer simply can't handle the page, but it seems silly that a website can lag a machine that's not even a year old.
Long story short, I'm probably not going to be very active here any more, not that I've been very active of late anyway. I'm still going to draw and write, and I am still going to post pieces on the net, but you are more likely to find it here: http://vayakahvi.artician.com/
I'll still come here, there are too m
It was Macabre! ... And tasty.
Sunday was the splurge day for my family, we went out and got four games, Lair, The Orange Box (I am in love), Prototype and Mercenaries: World in Flames.
My parents also bought two jumbo lobsters, the side of the box said 25 pounds between the two of them. I've never seen lobsters so large before. The claws were as large as my hands and the bodies were longer than my forearm, I'll post pictures later. My family quickly discovered that there is such a thing as a lobster too large.
The largest pots my mother owns were not large enough. A couple of you may be familiar with the beige stock pot, usually used for cooking pinto beans. The ta
